When you submit the quotation form or the assistant’s enquiry flow, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, the service you are interested in, the project location, your message and your preferred contact method, together with the website language and page you used.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and can be viewed only by authorised DECOR VISION staff through a password-protected administration area. If e-mail notifications are enabled, a copy of the enquiry is sent to the business’s own mailbox.
Spam and abuse protection
To protect the form from automated abuse, we keep a one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of the connection (a hashed IP address) and the time of submission for rate limiting. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Cookies
The website stores a small cookie to remember your chosen language. Staff who sign in to the administration area receive a secure session cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Third-party services
Links to Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp open those services, which handle your data under their own policies. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you choose to show it. If you continue a conversation on WhatsApp, the message is sent through WhatsApp only when you press send.
Retention
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond, follow up on your project and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
